Which? and The Student Room have today announced that valuable content from the award-winning Which? University website will continue to be easily available to students when Which? University ceases to operate as a stand-alone website.

From early February, the course and university search tools and much of the independent expert advice developed by Which? to help students make informed choices will transfer to The Student Room, who will take ownership of it under a new brand: The Uni Guide. From this date, The Student Room will take over the running of the site and all content.

The site will retain its current design and the key student-facing services it offers under the new brand. It will also maintain the Which? University ethos of focusing on the needs of the student and delivering the highest quality expert advice and guidance, independently and free of bias. This is in line with The Student Room’s own student first values, which underpin its position as a key source of authentic and authoritative guidance for the 75% of students who use The Student Room for information and support.

Jenni Allen, Director of Content at Which?, said: “We are delighted to have found a great new home for much of our excellent University content. We chose to work with The Student Room as they share our mission to be a trusted, independent source of information for students.
