Some of the key insights from the data include:
- When making day‐to‐day purchases, price and convenience were considered the
most important factors for prospective undergraduate respondents. - Nearly half of respondents (46%) said that environmental sustainability was
important to them when making their university choices, including almost one in
ten (9%) who said it was very important. - The majority of respondents (85%) would look into the university’s environmental
sustainability practices when choosing where to apply, each considering an average of 3 factors relating to sustainability in their decision.
