We’re Hiring – Client Services Executive

We are looking for a Client Services Executive to join The Student Room Group.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage Client Communications: Replying to tasks raised by our Clients and Sales Team, escalating
    to Customer Success Managers or Head of Client Services where appropriate.
  • Client onboarding: Guide new clients through their booked campaigns, setting clear expectations on what’s needed and when. Review creative materials, providing early feedback to ensure they meet our standards.
  • Display Ad Setup: Traffic display ads through Google Ad Manager & DV360 using creative provided by our clients.
  • Email Campaigns: Build and deploy engaging email campaigns via Salesforce Marketing Cloud, monitor performance, and share insightful reports with clients.
  • System Management: Keep opportunities updated in Salesforce. Manage advertiser details and campaign schedules to maximise inventory and avoid clashes.
  • Campaign Monitoring & Optimisation: Regularly check campaign performance, making adjustments
    to ensure everything is on track and achieving the best possible results.
  • Work collaboratively: Work closely with the Client Services team, Sales, and other departments to coordinate and streamline client campaigns.
  • Ad hoc: Take on additional responsibilities based on business needs and strategy.

  • Works well both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Desirable Skills

  • Degree level education or equivalent.
  • Experience with Microsoft Teams, Salesforce and Google Ad Manager.

Salary: £25k per annum

Location: Our team meets twice a week in our Brighton office. We’re looking for someone who can commit to attending the office at least twice per week and more frequently during induction or for company events.
