Our SLA’s
Please note we require your creative at least ten working days prior to the go live date to ensure these begin on the agreed start date. If any ad’s are received late, this will affect delivery and/or performance.

* The size of the file determines how quickly the advert will load on the page. Our specifications recommend a maximum size, however these can be exceeded but may impact on load time on the page.

Top tips for Clearing 2020

  • Don’t forget, you can do click to call - We can offer click to call functionality on any ad’s served on mobile (Mid page units and mobile leaderboards). So when someone clicks on the ad on their mobile they are directed to call your number. We will accept both click to call and non click to call if there are certain periods of time you do/don’t want these to run. Please just produce the creative as usual and provide us with the phone number as well as the URL.
  • At least one creative per size It’s much easier to optimise your campaign when we have at least one version of each creative size, so please make sure to submit at least one of each size. It may also be sensible to send us different creatives for the run up to Results Day (awareness of courses available), then a different set for results day onwards (availability and call to action, be it phone number or link).
  • Don’t over complicate designs The Clearing audience want information that is clear, so don’t over complicate things. This can mean clean designs, not too many frame rotations and keeping the ad file size down, so that the advert is as punchy as it can be.
